Use HRTailor.AI for the HR and business purposes of your own company, or, as an HR consultant, of client companies that have authorized you in writing.
2.1 Upload or enter personal data about anyone without a lawful basis and the notice the law requires. 2.2 Record Aadhaar numbers or upload Aadhaar images unless you are the employer, you hold the person's consent in the form the Aadhaar Act and the Aadhaar Regulations require, and the number is needed for PF, ESIC, professional tax or another statutory registration or filing. Do not collect any identifier you are not legally entitled to collect. 2.3 Use AI outputs or calculator results as legal, tax, statutory or medical advice without review by a qualified person. 2.4 Send documents, payslips or messages through the Service to anyone who is not in your own workforce directory or a signatory you have named. 2.5 Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror or reverse engineer the Service, or use bots, scripts or shared credentials to bypass limits. 2.6 Resell, rent or provide the Service to third parties, or share one account across companies that are not your clients. 2.7 Attempt to access another customer's data, test or probe security, or interfere with the Service. Report security issues to [email protected]; we welcome good-faith reports and will not pursue reporters who follow this policy. 2.8 Upload malware, infringing content, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or harassing. 2.9 Use the Service to build a competing product.
3.1 Use a unique, strong password. Sign out on shared or public devices; the sign-in token in your browser stays valid until you do. 3.2 Give team members only the role they need. Remove leavers promptly. 3.3 Keep your own copies of statutory records. The Service is not your only record. 3.4 Verify the email address of each person before inviting them or sending them documents. 3.5 Tell us within 24 hours at [email protected] if you suspect your account or data has been compromised.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend the account for breaches, on notice where practical. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the Terms of Service. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
Free allowances and paid credits are metered. Automated or excessive use that harms the Service or other customers may be throttled or suspended.
You are the Data Fiduciary for all workforce, candidate and employee data you process through the Service. SKAD is the Data Processor for that data and acts only on your instructions. SKAD is the Data Fiduciary only for your own account data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
